CQPS continues in its role as Greater Chicago Node for the IHI Improvement Map.

5 Million Lives Campaign

IHI's initiative to prevent medical harm, the 5 Million Lives Campaign, built on the tremendously successful work of the 100,000 Lives Campaign. CQPS/CPSF continued its role as the node for coordinating this effort in greater Chicago.

Regional meetings to be held for participating hospitals throughout the state

A series of regional meetings will be held for Illinois providers participating in the Campaigns to network and exchange best practices with one another.
