The Coalition for Quality and Patient Safety welcomes ALL Chicago-area healthcare consumers, healthcare professionals, patient advocates, educators, students and insurers interested in facilitating innovative systematic approaches to understanding and improving patient care and patient safety in the Chicago metro region. The CQPS welcomes all contributions.

As a CQPS member, you and/or your organization will have the opportunity to collaborate with a national network of quality and patient safety organizations and can advise on scientific/research projects and events, work on policy issues, and participate in CQPS professional development and networking.

RIGHTS OF MEMBERS

All Members shall have the right to:

      Vote at meetings of the Members.

      Participate in the meetings of Membership to be held at least annually.

      Present agenda items to the Operations Board for consideration.

      Serve on any standing committee or initiative/task force.
